The Maryland Farm’s Rezoning Proposal started with niceties and now has degenerated to threats of corporate departures.

Today is decision day, and yesterday was filled with political hardball in the Sunday Paper!

Well you knew the October surprise was coming. the stick that Cooper’s Caustics have saved is Tractor Supply’s Departure.

It sounds a lot like the Predator’s deal making tactics in Nashville, in this case Rezone or Tractor Supply will Relocate somewhere else!
