New Poll finds All GOP Candidates Beat Clinton.

The latest Zogby poll shows all five major Republican Presidential candidates would beat Hillary Clinton in the general election:

In the new survey, Clinton trailed Senator John McCain 42 percent to 38 percent, former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani by 43 percent to 40 percent and former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney by 43 percent to 40 percent.

She also lagged behind former Arkansas Republican governor Mike Huckabee by 44 to 39 percent, and former Senator Fred Thompson by 44 to 40 percent in hypothetical general election matchups.

This is an interesting development. This shows even more reason for who you really like in the GOP primary because they can ALL beat the Democratic front-runner. I am sick of hearing how only the top two could beat Clinton. Whoever you want to vote for in the primary, please do it. It is time for a different kind of primary; one where the people vote for their favorite and not strictly who they think can win. I realize doing this has hurt parties in the past, but according to this poll, this does not appear to be the case in 2008.

I agree 100%. Doing this in the past has pulled the party to the left. We need to elect a true conservative this time around.
